SCHOOL ANNUAL REPORT 2020- 21

 Note –  Vidyaniketan School had began its first academic session  in the year 2020, due to global  pandemic teaching was done through virtual mode.

The  academic session 2020-21 has began on  1-06-2020 upto class V through virtual mode.

 Mr. Rajendra B. Joshi ,an eminent person in the field of education inaugurated a day long programme addressing the parents how the classes will run through virtual session.

Online speech Competition

Topic – On the life and work  of Bal Gangadhar Tilak

On the occasion of  Bal Gangadhar Tilak, the online speech competition for the students of IV and V std has been organized on 30^th July 2020 .The topic of speech was “ Bal Gangadhar Tilak his life and work. The principal of the school , Mr.Aman Sachan was the judge for the competition.

Online Fancy dress Competition

On the ocassion of “Krishna Janmastami”.The online fancy dress competition for the students of I and II std has been organized on 11^th August 2020.The topic of the competition was “characters  related to Lord Krishna”. The principal of  the school Mr.Aman Sachan was the judge for the competiton. The programme was conducted under the guidance of  the director Mr. Rajendra.B.Joshi .

Online dance competition

Vidyaniketan School has organized online dance competition for the student of 3^rd and 5^th std on 11^th August 2020.The theme of the competiton was the song related to Lord Krishna and Radha. Students had send short vedio to the dance teacher on which  places  of  1^st,2^nd and 3^rd were decided. The dance teacher and the principal of school was the judge of the competiton.

Online Musak Idol making competition

Vidyaniketan school organised online musak idol making competition on the occasion of “Shri Ganesh Chaturthi” on 21th August 2020 for the students of  1^st and 2^nd .The principal of the school Mr.Aman Sachan was the judge of the competition. 

Online Music competition

On the occasion of Lord Ganesh chaturthi .The online music competition for the students of std 1^st to 5^th had been organised on 27 August 2020.The students have participated with full joy and  enthusiasm.

International Mathematics day celebration

On the occasion of ‘Ramanujan day’ the  offline competition of drawing using  2D shapes for 1^st and 2^nd std has been organised.For 3^rd  and 4^th std Rangoli making competiton using different 2D shapes had been organised.Also for grade 5^th MCQ test in the form of  G-form was organised.For all the above competiton the principal of the school Mr.Aman Sachan was the judge of the competiton .

Workshop on Aeromodelling

 During  the pandemic situation also Vidyaniketan school has  taken initiative to organize one day workshop  on “Aeromodelling” in which students  have learned the basic concept of Aeromodelling” and they have seen physically how gliders fly in the sky under the guidance of Mr.Rajesh Joshi (Instructor). This workshop was  organized  physically in school .

Birds Observation Week  –

To study the behavior of birds Vidyaniketan school has kept  ‘Birds observation week’ in which  students from grade 1^st  to 5^th   had   participated  .Students had captured the pictures  of birds from local and send it to class teacher by which best pictures were selected.
